Community Economic Development (CED)

Community Economic Development (CED) provides comprehensive financial support services to help residents of Koreatown and Greater Los Angeles manage their finances, increase income, reduce expenses, provide small business technical assistance, and build wealth.

Our bilingual economic development specialists serve over 4,000 individuals and families annually, to access benefits, reduce expenses, build savings and reach personal financial goals. Our Small Business Development Program leads free workshops on business loans, accounting, and the ins and outs of starting and growing a business in our community.

CED is invested in the community for the long haul. Our staff works with clients to provide as much help as they need, from helping them find a suitable job or apartment to walking them to their appointments at partnering agencies. We seek to develop each client to their fullest potential and to provide the tools that they need for lifelong economic self-sufficiency.
