Environmental Services

Koreatown is one of the least green and most densely populated urban neighborhoods in the United States. We have limited park and recreational space, with few healthy and mature trees. We believe that our dedication and support of inspired community actions is the most effective way to achieve meaningful and sustainable environmental change.  Our Environmental Services provide training and resources for residents to beautify their neighborhood, to increase open space for families and to grow tree-lined streets in Koreatown.

Environmental Services provides fee-based services–such as landscaping, pressure washing, irrigation and native habitat plantings–to local businesses, schools and community groups. We also work with corporations to create community service experiences for employees, providing all of the necessary tools and safety equipment.

Our Environmental Services teams start the day at six a.m., and we work seven days a week.  We believe that our dedication and support for inspired community actions is the most effective way to achieve meaningful and sustainable environmental change. Together, we are creating safe, healthy and beautiful neighborhoods.
